How to SIM Unlock Your Samsung Galaxy S2/S3/S4/S5/S6/S7

Step 1. Connect Your Galaxy S2/S3/S4 to the Computer

Step 2. Enter USB Settings/Diagnostic/Service Mode

Please input *#0808# or ##3424# or #9090# on the call page of your Android phone, just choose one to try, normally one of them will work for your device. If done, your Galaxy S2/S3/S4 will enter USB Settings/Diagnostic/Service Mode automatically.
 
Select DM + MODEM + ADB or UART[*] or CDMA MODEM on your Galaxy. After your phone is stand ready, click on "Unlock".
 
Step 3. Unlock Your Samsung Galaxy S2/S3/S4
 
Now, the program start to SIM unlock your device, please wait patiently until it is finished.

 
Note: When the unlock is completed, you need to set your phone back into nomal mode by pressing the "Restore Mode" button.

 
Here, please dialing *#0808# or ##3424# or #9090# on your Galaxy phone and select MTP + ADB or USB[*] or PDA on the hidden menu. If done, click on "Next", your phone will enter normal mode and now it's successfully SIM unlocked.
 
 

Part 2. For Samsung S3/S4/S5/S6/S6 Edge/S7/S7 Edge

 
Step 1. Connect Your Samsung Phone to the Computer
 
Connect your phone to your computer with the USB line, and then you need to turn on the USB debugging for your mobile phone.

 
Step 2. Unlock Your SIM on Samsung
 
When the phone is successfully connected to the phone, the interface will as shown below. Click "Unlock" to begin the program.
